1、Application for Reader Card

1.Citizens can freely apply for a Reader Card with China second-generation identity card. Each ID card can only apply for one Reader Card.

2. Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan residents or foreigners with valid documents (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan identity card, etc.) can apply for a "Temporary Reader Card". Each person can only apply for a temporary reader card.

2、Reader Card function

1.Readers can borrow up to 6 paper books for 30 days. The book can renew once, for the first time from the renewal date still books are overdue for 30 days.

2.Readers can use library Wi-Fi for free after login with Reader ID number and password (8 digit number of birth date by default).

3.Readers can renew books and accept important information through our WeChat public number “zhslib”.

4.Readers can use our SMS service for free.

5.Reader Cards are available in all branch libraries to carry out interlibrary loan and return.
