1.Zhuhai Library is open to the public. Readers with the valid Reader's Card can borrow open shelves books of Chinese or foreign languages.
2.Readers can use his/her Card in all branch libraries to carry out interlibrary loan and return.
3.Please check and see whether the books are damaged, missing pages or bedaub. If any problems are found, please make a statement to the staff, and be dealt with by the staff and stamped with the library seal.
4.Readers can borrow up to 6 paper books for 30 days. The book can renew once, for the first time from the renewal date still books are overdue for 30 days.

6.All books are not allowed to be carried out of the stacks without borrowing procedure. If the reader has stolen behavior, the staff will take back the original book, cancel the reader card for 1 year and transfer to the relevant departments.
7.Please take good care of the books. Behaviors such as folding, writing, marking, cutting, tearing pages are prohibited, and should be punished depending on the seriousness.
8.In case of overdue, loss or damage of books, etc. , you would be processed in accordance with the rules of Zhuhai Library:
(1) Books published before 1990: the compensation is 10 times of book price
(2) Books published between 1991 and 1999: the compensation is 5 times of book price
(3) Books published later than 2000: the compensation is 3 times of book price
(4) Lost one or several books among book series: the compensation is the price of a complete book series
9.All damage or lose caused by force majeure factors can be exempted from compensation according to personal application and proves from relevant departments.
10.Please keep personal belongings (backpacks, handbags, etc.) in deposit ark of package, the goods such as food, beverage, private books must not be brought into the circulation stacks. Please carry and take good care of your valuables.
11.Please observe and pay attention to public health, keep the stacks quiet and tidy, no noisy, smoking, spitting or littering. Before entering, please adjust the mobile phone to mute state. To call or answer the phone, please move out of the room. Please do not to carry a pet into the stacks
